Recharge plans do not take more than 1 hour to be activated. All orders received between 9:00 am and 1:00 am will be activated in a period of less than 1 hour.

Orders received outside of the specified hours will be activated first thing in the morning of the next business day.

All of our recharge plans are prepaid. Money back or plan changes made by mistake will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for entering the correct phone number and selecting the monthly plan that applies to them.
